    @GlennF @TSindelar I think it's a pretty good vision into the mind of a CEO-- delusions about corporate culture, desire to control employees even when the business suffers for it, ego about the value of the space you rent. I've seen all of that up close.

      @GlennF @TSindelar Given the choice between 100% employee productivity and 80% employee productivity but greater corporate control, many (most?) CEOs will choose 80% and control. Some of that is old-school thinking, but some is just wanting to own your workers and dominate their lives
