  8. Update: @British_Airways responded to say just because their website told me that my transaction had failed, then charged me hours later, I should be forced to pay for it. Eight months of this. All they have to do is say "we're sorry, it was our error, here's your refund." @British_Airways/1853543687373910413

  10. 233 days after I first contacted @British_Airways about their website charging my credit card erroneously, I finally got an email from someone at BA about it. It was an apology and an offer of a partial(!!) refund with literally no details about what that means. Just atrocious.
